Details
Rowan's Ravine provincial park, established in 1960, dervies its name from William Rowan who homesteaded here in 1901.
Born in Scotland in 1876, Mr Rowan served as dominion fisheries inspector on Last Mountain Lake from 1904 to 1926.
He died April 25, 1952.
